📱 Option 1: Delete Directly from Inside the App (Instant)
The fastest way to permanently erase your account and all financial records is from within the Wallori application:
STEP 1: Open the Wallori app on your Android device.
STEP 2: Navigate to Settings (gear icon) on the top menu.
STEP 3: Under User Account & Cloud Sync, tap "Delete Account".
STEP 4: Confirm the prompt by tapping "Delete Forever".
✓ INSTANT PURGE Your credentials, categories, budgets, and all recorded transactions are immediately and permanently erased from our cloud servers and local storage.
✉️ Option 2: Request Deletion via Web / Email
If you have uninstalled the app or no longer have access to your device, you can submit an account deletion request by email:
- Send an email to our official support team at amincompany.italy@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line:
[Wallori] Account and Data Deletion Request.
- Include the registered email address associated with your Wallori account so we can locate your record.

Requests received via email are processed within 24 to 48 hours, and a confirmation email will be sent upon completion.
🔒 Data Types Deleted and Retention Policy
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently purged:
- Authentication & Profile Data: Email address, User ID (UID), display name, and password hashes.
- Financial Records: All logged transactions, income, expenses, accounts, budgets, and tags.
- Financial Notes & Receipts: All notes and attached receipt photos.
- Device Identifiers: Push notification tokens and sync snapshots.
Additional Retention: Wallori does NOT retain any user data or financial history after an account is deleted. There is 0 retention period beyond what is necessary to fulfill legal or in-app purchase validation obligations with Google Play.
