1. Introduction

Welcome to Wallori ("we", "our", or "the app"), developed by Amin Company. We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing transparency about how your data is handled. Wallori is a personal expense tracker and budget management tool designed to help you organize your daily finances.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information only to provide and improve the app's functionality:

• Account Information: When you register or sign in using Email/Password or Google Sign-In (OAuth), we store your email address, display name, and unique User ID (Firebase UID).
• Financial Records: Transactions (income/expenses, amounts, categories, tags, dates, and currency) that you manually create within the app. Wallori does NOT connect directly to your bank account or process real monetary transactions.
• Media & Receipt Attachments: When you choose to attach photos of receipts to transactions or notes, the image is selected securely through the Android Photo Picker.
• Crash & Performance Data: Anonymized diagnostics and crash reports via Google Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose technical issues and maintain stability.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for:

• Authenticating your account and synchronizing your financial entries across your devices.
• Calculating your category budgets, calendar reminders, and spending insights.
• Powering the on-device/contextual Wallori AI financial tips.
• Preventing fraud and ensuring app stability.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We DO NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal or financial data. We share data only with verified infrastructure providers strictly necessary to deliver our services:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, cloud database (Firestore), and crash diagnostics.
• RevenueCat & Google Play: Managing subscription statuses and processing in-app purchases.

5. Data Security & Encryption

All data transmitted between the Wallori app and our cloud infrastructure is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). Data stored in Google Firebase is encrypted at rest.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can perform this directly within the app (Settings > Account > Delete Account) or by visiting our dedicated Account Deletion Page. Upon deletion, all your records are permanently purged from our servers.

7. Children's Privacy

Wallori is intended for general audiences aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
